On Thanksgiving, Real Change Homeless Empowerment Project partnered with The Finish Company to distribute cold weather gear to Real Change vendors and homeless people. Much of the gear was gently used but greatly appreciated necessities. Volunteers handed out food and coffee to people waiting in a line. Once inside, 175 vendors and homeless people were able to select coats, tents, gloves, socks, boots, rain ponchos, sleeping bags, and hygiene items that will help them survive the winter ahead.
