Meeting Agent Orangeauthor: Bill Fletcher, Jr. You mention "Agent Orange" and some people think that you are talking about a spy movie. For others, particularly those who know anything about the Vietnam War, they tend to think that it is something out of the distant past, perhaps an unfortunate historical episode..
"Agent Orange" is the name for an extremely toxic defoliant that contains TCDD dioxin, one of the most dangerous chemicals ever invented by humans. During the Indochina War, the USA, in order to destroy the jungles that served as hiding places for guerrillas (in Vietnam, the National Liberation Front; in Cambodia, the Khmer Rouge; in Laos, the Pathet Lao), sprayed tons of this. In so doing, they set in motion a time-bomb that has been a disastrous legacy to a disastrous war.

indeed, indochine is not over yet, hell...our own war of northern agression/civil war/ to free the slaves is alive and well last time I noticed.....But agent orange is retired, replaced by astier agents. And as Obama lets us know, there are somethings we should just put behind us (cynicism here , folks, I don't agree with the apologist nice nice maker obama) P.C. and kumbaya and we can all get along togather are the new world order, they have a new velvet boot just to order for our throats too, lie down and see how comfortably it keeps us in place.....
Q: who needs nasty defoliants when you have roundup ready hormone interrupting foodstuffs to kill off the excess eaters?
A kill em faster advocates and drug manufactureres. Meanwhile in South Africa, kids turn to smoking AIDS cocktail drugs for the high. And patients are "spared" these poisons that CAUSE AIDS-like sysmptoms upon discontinuation. Oh its a nice nice world out here folk. Get out of the trap of our side their side. They want to poison us and theirs little chance we can avoid all the ways.
