You don't buy conspiracy theories? Then why is Congress now reopening the investigation into the Oklahoma bombing?

Congress will hold hearings on the Oklahoma bombing.
These hearings, if honestly pursued will lead to hearings about the World Trade Center bombing and the 911 attack because there are too many similarities in these attacks. For one a Melvin Lattimore was actively involved in all three, yet he still walks the streets.

The only conclusion is that the authorities that allow this have hired him.
The CIA, State department, and FBI have been seeded with Nazis since the end of World War II. They have put into practice domestic terrorism inorder to support the rich corporations, inoder to wage global war, and usher in the New World Order.
They occurred with US government official help.

Congress to hold hearings into OKC bombing
Examining foreign connection to plot, including Arab terrorists

In what some on Capitol Hill are calling a surprising decision, Rep. Henry Hyde, R-Ill., has given the nod for hearings into the long-debated question of whether those responsible for the bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building had help from any foreign source.
Spurred to action by Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calif., Hyde has given Rohrabacher's Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee of the House International Relations Committee the wide-ranging authority to conduct interviews and subpoena documents related to the April 19, 1995, terrorist attack that left 168 dead, 19 of them children.

Interviewed Wednesday, Rohrabacher confirmed that his nearly two-year-long personal investigation into the Oklahoma City tragedy had finally received the necessary support for an official congressional investigation.

"Congressman Hyde has approved my request for hearings into the OKC bombing. The congressional investigation will be limited to our area of focus, which is whether there was a foreign connection to the conspiracy," Rohrabacher explained.

Forecasting the areas of particular interest the congressional investigation could take, Rohrabacher promised to look carefully for any evidence linking the cabal to Arab terrorists and or to a German national in this country illegally in 1995, Andreas Carl Strassmeir.

In his letter seeking authority for hearings, Rohrabacher wrote: "It is highly likely that the Arab connection and/or the Strassmeir connection played a significant role in the planning and execution of the murderous bombing of the OKC federal building. In both possible scenarios, the official investigation fell short and further investigation has been discouraged ever since."

Among the witnesses the committee intends to call is Danny Coulson.

Coulson was one of five FBI commanders assigned the original investigation into the bombing. Only a few weeks into the case, though, all five suddenly were removed to make room for Danny Defenbaugh.

Still harboring doubts about the FBI's official version of the bombing case, that only McVeigh and Nichols were largely responsible for the crime, Coulson said today, "I'm very much in favor of this investigation by Congress. We need to look very closely at why the five FBI commanders originally assigned the case were pulled off."

"The FBI needs to answer to the Congress why they shut down their own investigation into Strassmeir and Elohim City. Why did their total investigation into Strasssmeir consist of two ASUSAs (assistant United States Attorneys) calling Strassmeir's flat in Berlin a couple of times? He never should have been allowed to leave here without a more thorough series of interviews, face-to-face, by FBI agents trained in those skills."

Long a subject of interest by this paper, Strassmeir's name only began to circulate in the media months after the bombing, when this newspaper discovered that he was the person McVeigh was calling at a terrorist training camp in eastern Oklahoma, called Elohim City.

Months later, the newspaper reported the former German military officer was being closely monitored by the Tulsa office of Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

Only weeks before the bombing, the BATF had learned Strassmeir was working with others on a plot to bomb a federal building in Oklahoma City. However, the FBI stepped in to thwart his arrest when the BATF sought an arrest warrant from the Tulsa U.S. attorney's office.

Since the bombing, over a half-dozen of Strassmeir's associates at Elohim City have gone to prison for bank robbery, conspiracy to overthrow the government and murder. None, however, were ever charged in the bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City.

Strassmeir left the United States in early 1996. In one of the teletypes issued by Freeh, the director appeared to know where Strassmeir was staying in the U.S. and of plans Strassmeir was making to return to Germany through Mexico.

Days after Freeh's memo was issued, Strassmeir did indeed cross the Mexican border and make his way to Berlin with the assistance of former CIA pilot Dave Holloway.

they've already got the serial numbers of your guns and they obviously want you to have them.
He gave me a bunch of old Spotlight newspapers for something to read. I was shocked to read
in a 1999 edition that the Jewish Anti-Defamation League had had an informant next to Tim for
at least two years before the bombing! It was the ADL which tipped off the government that

Bruce learned that Dave Hollaway had arranged for Andreas Strassmeir to live at the federal
rest camp known as Elohim City in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Carol Howe told her federal handlers
that Dennis Mahon and Tim McVeigh stayed with Strassmeir frequently at Elohim City, which is
run by the Reverend Robert Millar, identified by FBI agents in the OKC grand jury as a long-
time confidential informant. The ARA bank robbers all stayed there, too. Strassmeir styled
himself as Chief of Security and would storm around, yelling that they better bomb something or
he was going to leave!
After the bombing it was Dave Hollaway who drove Strassmeir from Elohim City to the
Mexican border where he was met by an associate who baby-sat the German on the Mexican
side until his colleagues in GSG-9 flew in to take him back to Berlin. Strassmeir's father is quite
wealthy and was Helmut Kohl's secretary of state.
But this Spotlight also had a picture of an Israeli named Svi Toval who is a dead ringer for Tim.
In fact, Toval looks more like the drawing of John Doe 1 than Tim does. The suggestion was
that Tim was being run by the Mossad and had at least one double.

Maybe it seems dated and irrelevant to be discussing Oklahoma City in this new age of airliner
cruise missiles used against skyscrapers. But Campbell's idea is that we know that the FBI's
informant built the bomb for the 1993 WTC bombing at the direction of his FBI handlers. The
FBI was willing to destroy one or both of the Trade Towers and to murder 50,000 or more
people to create hatred for Moslems and support for Israel. But the inept bombers only killed a
half-dozen people. By that time the militia was growing by leaps and bounds and had to be
stopped somehow. The OKC massacre certainly accomplished that. The militia became a
dirty word, as intended.
And then came September 11 and real hatred for Moslems and real support for Israel, as was
meant to happen in 1993. Now we are reading that firemen in the Trade Towers were
reporting hearing explosions just before each tower collapsed.
Is there any evidence that any Arab was on any of the four airliners? Seven of the nineteen
supposed hijackers are alive and well in the Middle East! And what about the Israeli Mossad
officers who were caught videotaping the attack and then dancing for joy as the towers
collapsed? They were quietly returned to Israel.
It has been charged recently by the Zionist DoD war hawk, Paul Wolfowitz, that Tim was
involved with the Iraqis, as a justification for another invasion of Iraq. However, in light of the
ADL's strange knowledge of Tim's actions for the two years leading up to the bombing, we
must look at the possibility that he was guided by the Mossad as well as by the CIA's Andreas

ALATTAS: WAS OU'S SAUDI 9-11 PROVOCATEUR PROTECTED BY DOJ?

Saudi Hussein Moshen AlAttas spent time at the University of Oklahoma (OU) in 2000 and 2001 with Black Muslim Melvin Lattimore (Muslim name is Menepta). AlAttas was on a rental agreement at an OU apartment but he also spent time in Lattimore's residence and in OU’s Parkview apartment rooms with 9/11 hijackers Al Hazmi, Moussaoui, Atta and AlShehhi.

AlAttas visited the Norman mosque and Norman Airman flight school with the same 9/11 hijackers. AlAttas is also believed to have known Nick Berg, the former OU student beheaded in Iraq. The Norman mosque is across the street from OU’s Parkview apartments. The OU student, Joel Hinrichs, who was blown up by TATP explosives on October 1, 2005, lived with a Pakistani roommate, Fazal Cheema, in Parkview apartments. Hinrichs was seen with Islamic students for months going in and out of the same Norman mosque and his room at Parkview apartments. [1]

AlAttas drove Moussaoui from Norman, Oklahoma to Minnesota for Moussaoui to attend flight school training. AlAttas was arrested with Moussaoui in Minnesota by the FBI but released on $5000 bail to Lattimore in August 2001. Lattimore and AlAttas returned to Norman. FBI headquarters in DC blocked the viewing of Moussaoui’s computer files by local Minnesota FBI agents in August 2001 even though an FBI agent in Minnesota warned FBI headquarters that Moussaoui was likely involved in a plot to attack the WTC centers.

Also in August 2001 the Pennsylvania flight ticket for 9/11 hijacker Ziad Jarrah was purchased at the OU library in Norman. Jarrah was part of Attas’ and AlShehhi’s Hamburg cell that was being tracked by CIA agent David Edger for over 3 years. But as Jarrads ticket was being purchased and as Moussaoui was being driven to Minnesota by AlAttas, David Edger suddenly showed up at OU also in August 2001 to be a visiting professor invited by his close friend, David Boren. Boren is the president of OU, the former Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee and CIA director George Tenet’s mentor. As his OU press books, publications and speeches reveal, Boren is an outspoken CFR and “Skull and Bones” public advocate of promoting world government with Islamics around the word and especially on the OU campus. Boren went to Yale and is a prominent member of both the CFR and “Skull and Bones.”

AlAttas was again arrested after the 9/11 attacks in Norman, OK on an expired visa charge and was taken by the FBI to New York. AlAttas eventually pled guilty to lying to FBI agents under an original plea bargain arrangement with the DOJ in which AlAttas was supposed to leave the US and return to Saudi Arabia. The Daily Oklahoman and Norman Transcript newspapers reported on Lattimore publicly defending AlAttas after the AlAttas arrest in Norman after the 9/11 attacks.

Lattimore was later arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced for 14 months in November 2001 for carrying a firearm under a previous felony conviction. It has been reported that Lattimore’s credit card was used for the 1993 WTC bombers and that Lattimore helped McVeigh in the 1995 OKC bombing. This information was known to DOJ criminal division attorneys John C. Richter and Michael Chertoff (currently Director of Homeland Security) in 2001 when Richter prosecuted Lattimore on the much lesser firearms charge to hide from the public limelight Lattimore’s role as an FBI informant and provocateur in the 1993 WTC, OKC bombings and 9/11 attacks.[2,4]

According to publicly available records and news accounts, Moussaouis has claimed in Moussaoui’s court proceeding papers that the former Imam of OU’s mosque called and spoke to AlAttas and Moussaoui in Minnesota shortly before they were arrested in Minnesota. The Imam is alleged to have said to AlAttas and Moussaoui words to the effect that “I understand that you are on a jihad mission.” Why the FBI would release AlAttas to Lattimore in Minnesota after the arrest of AlAttas and Moussaouis is suspicious but consistent with the DOJ and FBI protection of their provocateur informant, Melvin Lattimore.

However, when Chertoff and Richter for the DOJ made the plea agreement with AlAttas, the FBI and DOJ (via FBI agents Stephen Butler and Ken Williams) already knew that Hussein Moshen AlAttas had also spent time in San Diego with hijackers Hani Hanjour, AlMihdahr, AlSheehi and AlHazmi. AlAttas also spent time in the San Diego apartment rented to the hijackers by FBI informant/landlord Abdusattar Shaikh. And it is also extremely likely that Saudi citizen AlAttas was known to and met with Saudi royal financer of 9/11, Bayoumi in San Diego. This is because it is known that Bayoumi met with the same hijackers AlAttas knew and stayed with in San Diego and at OU in Norman, OK.

AlAttas plea agreement without imprisonment but to get AlAttas to leave the US was made to preclude public exposure and possible prosecution of real Saudi royal and US (Bush) connections/ foreknowledge provocation of the 9/11 attacks.

AlAttas was given "royal treatment" not just because he was connected to a Saudi royal relative, but also because he, like Melvin Lattimore, was known to (an operative for?) the FBI at OU and in San Diego for two three years before 9/11. FBI agent Stephen Butler was blocked by GW Bush from testifying to the 9/11 Congressional investigation about 9/11 and the San Diego cell of AlAttas, Bayoumi, AlMidahr, AlHazmi etc. Porter Goss’ staff director on the House intelligence committee, James Lewis, who wrote the Congressional report, specifically left out the part about AlAttas and the San Diego cell. I know, because Lewis threatened me with an FBI investigation for my calling Lewis and giving him info about the San Diego cell members even before (but near the end of) the 9/11 Congressional report was completed. AlAttas and his connections with the San Diego hijackers and Bayoumi were related to the 28 missing pages redacted by James Lewis specifically for current CIA director Porter Goss and GW Bush.

AlAttas, Lattimore and Ali Mohammed were eventually set free by the efforts of John C. Richter and Chertoff to protect and hide their roles with the FBI, CIA and DOJ in terror attacks on America [2,3,4]. John Richter, like CIA agent David Edger, was suddenly put in place at OU in August 2001 just before 9/11 and was used to cover up AlAttas’ and Lattimore’s roles and CIA/FBI foreknowledge in 9/11 at OU. Also in August 2001 John Richter’s wife was given a prestigious position as a professor in OU’s law school with the knowledge and approval of David Boren.

Al-Qaeda's OKC-9/11 Ties

Al-Qaeda ties to the OKC bombing were not mentioned in the state trial of Terry Nichols, yet evidence used by federal prosecutors in recent cases makes the ties obvious.



Zacarias Moussaoui, dubbed the "20th hijacker" by federal prosecutors, would have been released from federal custody before the 9-11 attacks if not for the heroic persistence of field agents in the FBI's Minneapolis office. Agent Coleen Rowley and members of her FBI team carried on a running fight with top FBI and Justice Department officials who tried to stop the Minnesota investigation and prevented a search of his laptop computer until after his fellow conspirators crashed their hijacked planes on September 11.

Moussaoui, a French citizen of Moroccan descent, was arrested by the local FBI agents after investigating a tip from Minnesota flight school operators who were suspicious over the nature of his requests for training on a 747 simulator. He has admitted to being a member of Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda terrorist group, but denies that he was part of the 9-11 conspiracy. His trial has been delayed by his erratic behavior and numerous appeals.

There are many important, unanswered questions concerning Moussaoui. For instance: Why have federal officials pointedly ignored publicly available facts showing that most of the $64,000 he received from al-Qaeda sources was spent in the Oklahoma City area, where he attended the Airman Flight School in nearby Norman and had ties to a top suspect in the 1995 bombing of Oklahoma City's Murrah Building? The largest chunk of Moussaoui's funds, $35,000, was provided by al-Qaeda paymaster Yazid Sufaat, one of the principal hosts of the secret al-Qaeda planning meeting for 9-11 in Malaysia. Moussaoui, according to federal authorities, was operating under the direction of al-Qaeda mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, who met in the Philippines with his nephew, World Trade Center bomber Ramzi Yousef, during the same time period that Yousef was meeting with Terry Nichols.

September 11 hijacker Ziad Jarrah's ticket (United Airlines Flight 93) was purchased from a computer terminal at Oklahoma University in Norman. Moussaoui was a frequent visitor to the OU campus, worked out at the OU gym and recruited OU student Hussain Al-Attas. September 11 hijacker Mohammed Atta, a member of al-Qaeda's cell in Hamburg, Germany, visited the same Norman, Oklahoma, flight school that Moussaoui attended.

Fellow Hamburg Cell hijacker Marwan Al-Shehhi also came to the Oklahoma City area, where he got a speeding ticket in 2001. According to the testimony of the owner of a small motel in Oklahoma City, Moussaoui, Atta and Al-Shehhi all came to his motel together to rent a room about six weeks prior to the 9-11 attacks. Six years earlier, Oklahoma City bombing conspirators Timothy McVeigh and Nichols also were guests at the same motel, along with several Middle Eastern men, weeks prior to the OKC bombing.

Terrorist, Informant or Agent Provocateur?

Perhaps the most important and purposely neglected "coincidence" concerning Moussaoui is his connection to convicted felon Melvin Lattimore, a convert to Islam who now goes by the name Majahid Abdulquaadir Menepta. The unwillingness of federal authorities to hold Lattimore/Menepta as a 9-11 suspect in the case is stunning. Equally stunning is the fact that he was never arrested as a suspect in the Oklahoma City bombing. Here are some key facts concerning Menepta tying him to the biggest terrorist events in U.S. history:

• Lattimore/Menepta's credit card was used to help finance the 1993 World Trade Center bombing directed by Ramzi Yousef.

• Federal ATF Agent Jeffrey Whitney has testified in court that one day after the Oklahoma City bombing, an FBI informant told FBI superiors that Menepta should be considered a top suspect in the Oklahoma attack.

• Several employees at Travelers Aid, one block from the Murrah Building, identified Menepta as entering the Travelers Aid office with three other men the day before the Oklahoma City bombing. Two of the men accompanying Menepta were identified as closely resembling associates of McVeigh, and one of the witnesses positively identified the vehicle that the group drove away in as McVeigh's beat-up Mercury Marquis.

• Menepta was a member of a militant mosque in St. Louis and is now a member of a radical mosque in Norman, where he says he saw Moussaoui on a daily basis. According to Oklahoma news accounts, Menepta and Moussaoui were roommates in Norman, while Moussaoui attended flight school.

• Menepta's roommate, Al-Attas, drove Moussaoui from Oklahoma to Minnesota to begin flight school there. When Al-Attas was arrested, Menepta drove to Minnesota and posted $5,000 bail for his release.

• When Menepta and Al-Attas returned to Norman on August 21, 2001, more than three weeks before 9-11, agents from the Oklahoma City FBI office knocked on their apartment door. According to the agents, several men fled the apartment and exited the building before the agents could react. Also, according to FBI documents, 9-11 hijacker Salem Al-Hazmi was seen in Menepta's Norman apartment in April 2001.

• Menepta was arrested one month after the 9-11 attacks as a material witness and possible co-conspirator. Menepta vigorously defended Moussaoui as a "scapegoat."

• Menepta was prosecuted for illegally possessing weapons as a convicted felon. (He had been convicted of robbery in 1971 and served four years in prison.) He was sentenced in 2002 to 15 months in prison and is now back on the street.

The New American interviewed Gloria Smith, a manager at Travelers Aid in Oklahoma City, who is positive that Menepta/Lattimore is one of the men who came into her office the day before the Oklahoma City bombing. The men had asked for gasoline money or vouchers and had become loud and argumentative when the receptionist explained that they would have to first provide a valid driver's license. Mrs. Smith stepped out of her office to reinforce her besieged receptionist and to emphasize the company policy requiring photo I.D. before aid could be given. The men left in a huff, and Mrs. Smith watched them through the office window as they got into the car and drove off.

She told The New American that the man who had done most of the talking, and who had long, reddish-blonde hair, "flipped me 'the finger'" as he got into the car. He had also cursed her in the office, just a few feet from her face, so she had good reason to remember him. She is fairly certain, she says, that the man is James Rosencrans, based on photos she has examined of Rosencrans. Mr. Rosencrans is a former associate of Timothy McVeigh and the Kingman, Arizona, neighbor of Michael Fortier, McVeigh's fellow bombing conspirator who turned witness for the government in exchange for leniency for himself and his wife, Lori Fortier.

Of two things Mrs. Smith is "very certain": The black man in the group who came to her office is Menepta, and the car they drove was McVeigh's Mercury Marquis. She says she got a good look at Menepta. And, she notes, as soon as McVeigh's car appeared on television news broadcasts, she knew instantly it was the one that had been in her parking lot. She recalls: "I said to the receptionist when they pulled out, 'No wonder they didn't give I.D., there's not even a tag on the car.'" When McVeigh was arrested the next day, shortly after the bombing, there was no license plate on the vehicle.

Mrs. Smith and other employees at Travelers Aid were interviewed several times by the FBI, in Mrs. Smith's case about 10 times. One of the things that she says has troubled her most about the investigation is that rather than simply asking her and the other witnesses what and who they saw, on several occasions the agents were very insistent on convincing the witnesses that they could not have seen a black man (Menepta) with the suspects.

At any rate, the FBI Travelers Aid interviews, recorded in written form on the FBI's "302s," should have shown up in the documents that the government was required to turn over to the defense teams in the McVeigh and Nichols trials. They never were turned over, and now they seem to have disappeared.

It's understandable that Nichols' defense team would not want to open up the Oklahoma City-Middle East connection, since so much of it leads to their client. But why have federal officials gone to such extraordinary lengths to obstruct every effort to expose these connections? And why are they protecting Lattimore/Menepta? Is he a terrorist, a federal informant, an agent provocateur — or all of the above?

US PROVOCATEUR FOR AL-QAEDA FREED FOR NEW TERROR MISSION?

The GW Bush DOJ arranged for the early release of convicted FBI and CIA provocateur Ali Mohammed in July 2005. When released Ali had not served a full sentence commensurate with his convictions for the 1993 WTC and Kenyan and Tanzanian bombing attacks during the Clinton Presidency. AG Gonzales and John C. Richter were instrumental in the release of Ali Mohammed. John C. Richter was a former assistant attorney general for the GW Bush DOJ criminal division who had served in the DOJ criminal division with current Homeland Security Director Michael Chertoff.

John Richter was also instrumental in protecting Melvin Lattimore, another FBI provocateur involved with Ali Mohammed in the 1993 WTC and 1995 OKC bombings. Richter was brought to OKC in October 2001 by the DOJ to prosecute Lattimore for a firearms violation. But at the time of Lattimore’s conviction the FBI and DOJ as well as Richter and AG Ashcroft knew that Lattimore had been used as an FBI provocateur together with Ali Mohammed in the 1993 WTC and the 1995 OKC bombing. They also knew that Lattimore was the roommate of 9/11 hijackers Moussaoui, AlShehhi and AlHazmi and had been with Mohammed Atta in Norman OK just before the 9/11 attacks. Richter’s 2001 prosecution of Lattimore was done to get Lattimore out of the limelight to avoid press and public scrutiny of FBI, CIA and DOJ corruption, murder and treason involving these attacks with Ali Mohammed and Melvin Lattimore.

Thanks to the GW Bush DOJ, AG Gonzales and John Richter, Ali Mohammed and Melvin Lattimore were not fully prosecuted, did not serve the full time required for their crimes and now are free once again to work together and roam the streets of America and OKC to monitor and perhaps provoke yet another terror attack in America.

Ali Mohammed worked for the FBI, CIA and Army Special Forces and with Bin Laden and 9/11 mastermind Khalid Mohammed, all at the same time! After Ali’s conviction during Clinton’s Presidency, DOJ AG Janet Reno made a special deal with Ali Mohammed and only held him under house arrest and never with the prospect of Ali having to serve out his full sentence. Ali Mohammed has always enjoyed a protected status with the DOJ, first with Reno and now with Ashcroft, Gonzales, Chertoff, and Richter. Because of this DOJ protection and his roles with so many different government agencies it is highly likely that Ali Mohammed was and still is a tool of the National Security Council (NSC) under Clinton and perhaps even under GW Bush and HW Bush.

The following is a summary review what is known about Ali Mohammed’s protected role as a provocateur for USG officials in the attacks mentioned above:

Ali Mohammed was an Egyptian military officer who worked for the CIA, US Special Forces and later for the FBI out of Sacramento, California all while Ali Mohammed moved Bin Laden between Sudan and Afghanistan when Cofer Black was in Sudan to monitor the operation. Cofer Black became the CIA director of the joint FBI/CIA counter terrorism center set up in 1996. During this time Ali Mohammed wrote Bin Laden’s terror training manuals. Former CIA official L.C. Johnson has publicly stated that the USG’s use of Ali Mohammed was a tremendous mistake. Johnson also confirmed that Ali Mohammed had written terror-training manuals for Bin Laden.

Ali Mohammed was at the Special Forces school in North Carolina where McVeigh attended the school briefly after the first Gulf war in 1991-1992. CIA pilot Dave Hollaway was also at US Special Forces in North Carolina and may have known Ali Mohammed. Hollaway brought German national and FBI provocateur Andreas Strassmeir to Elohim City in OKC where Hollaway and Strassmeir trained and encouraged McVeigh for the OKC bombing. Ali Mohammed met and knew AlQaeda terrorist Khalid Mohammed. Khalid, like Ali Mohammed, was in North Carolina and obtained a college degree in engineering while in North Carolina.

Ali Mohammed was a close friend and associate of Mr. Batouti, the copilot of Egyptian Air intentionally crashed his plane into the sea while on a suicide terror mission, killing all the high level and US trained Egyptian military officers onboard in December 1999. National TV news correspondent Andrea Mitchell (wife of Alan Greenspan) reported that Batouti crashed the plane as a protest for Ali Mohammed being held by US authorities after the Kenyan embassy bombing in 1998.

Ali Mohammed trained seven Middle Eastern men in bomb making skills for the 1993 WTC attacks with the knowledge and approval of the FBI, DOJ and US Attorneys including Michael Chertoff and Patrick Fitzgerald. Bomb maker Emad Salem had recruited the seven men. Salem was paid to do this by the FBI according to 1993 WTC trial documents. The seven men trained by Ali Mohammed were associated with a Brooklyn mosque infiltrated by the FBI and included Anis and Asad Siddiqy, Mohammed Chafti, and Mr.Yassin. The bomb making materials used by the Ali Mohammed trained men were purchased with FBI provocateur Melvin Lattimore’s credit card.

The Siddiqys and Chafti, like Lattimore, were seen by credible witnesses with McVeigh close to the scene of the OKC bombing. The FBI tried to threaten and suppress all of these witnesses even though the Siddiqys and Chafti were arrested and later released. Lattimore was seen with Mohammed Atta at an OKC motel in July 2001, the same OKC motel Lattimore had visited in 1995 with McVeigh and another CIA provocateur, the Iraqi, Al Hussain Hussaini.

Ali Mohammed was close to the mastermind of the 1993 WTC attacks, Khalid Mohammed, and the bomber recruits Ali had trained, the Siddiqys. So it should not come as a surprise to learn that a letter to the Siddiqys from Khalid Mohammed was found on Khalid’s and Ramzi Yousef’s shared computer in the Philippines in January and February 1995. Yousef was also convicted for the 1993 WTC bombing and was Khalid’s nephew. In fact, the plans for the 9/11 attacks on US skyscrapers using hijackers were found on the same computer. Ali Mohammed’s associate, Khalid Mohammed took these plans to Bin Laden and convinced Laden in 1996 to carry out the 9/11 attacks using the plans.

The FBI and CIA seized the same computer in early 1995 when they had learned of McVeigh’s and Nichols plans for the OKC bombing after Nichols had met with Yousef, Khalid Mohammed and 5 Iraqi explosives experts in the Philippines. It came as no surprise for the FBI or CIA that Ali Mohammed’s cohorts the Siddiqys, Chafti, Khalid Mohammed and Lattimore were in OKC for the OKC bombing.

Ali Mohammed escorted AlQaeda leader Dr, Ayman Zawahiri and Khalid Mohammed in the US and in OKC in March -April 1995, at the time of the OKC bombing. When arrested in 1998 Ali Mohammed was carrying training manuals on how to hide and set off explosives in public buildings like was done in the 1993 WTC, 1995 OKC and Kenyan and Tanzanian embassy attacks.

The FBI had used Ali Mohammed and El Hage to also monitor AlQaeda pilots training in the US for the 9/11 attacks in 1996 through September 11, 2001 with the help Dallas police officers and Dallas FBI agents under the control of Dallas FBI SAC, Danny Defenbaugh. El Hage was living in Dallas at the time until his arrest in 1998. The FBI 302 reports of the Siddiqy’s and Chafti’s arrests and release in OKC and in Dallas on the day of the OKC bombing were hidden in Defenbaugh’s Dallas office until January 2001. Defenbaugh had been the FBI’s inspector for the FBI OKC bomb task force. Defenbaugh was fully aware that OKC’s FBI and CIA agent, Floyd Zimms, had arranged for the release of the Siddiqys and Chafti after arrest by local authorities, even though the FBI knew that they had been seen with McVeigh moments before the OKC bombing and were known to have been involved in the FBI orchestrated 1993 WTC bombing. OKC witness Debbie Burdick was repeatedly threatened by FBI agent Odom about her seeing McVeigh with the Siddiqys and Chafti in OKC.


The Brooklyn mosque attended by Ali Mohammed’s 1993 WTC bombing trainees was the same mosque visited by and associated with 9/11 hijacker Mohammed Atta at the time Atta was being tracked by Able Danger and the Pentagon as well as the FBI and CIA in the US in 1999-2001.
The 9/11 Commission staff director Philip Zelikov and current NSC director, Steven Hadley, both former NSC deputies for Condi Rice, intentionally lied about and hid the facts of what the Clinton and GW Bush NSC and Pentagon knew about the roles of Atta, Lattimore and Ali Mohammed. They intentionally kept these facts out of the 9/11 Commission and 9/11 Congressional reports. PA Congressman Curt Weldon and Able Danger military officers provided part of this information to Hadley and the 9/11 Commission staff but the commission staff deliberately withheld it for GW Bush and Rice. Similar information about the roles of these FBI and CIA provocateurs associated with the 9/11 hijackers and the 9/11 plans was provided to the 9/11 Commission staff under Philip Zelikov via my report Counter Terrorism Antecedents for the 9/11 Attacks. My report was sent to and discussed with Speaker Hastert’s office and 9/11 Commission staffer John Roth.

The FBI and CIA and even the DOJ have publicly admitted that they were also tipped by Ali Mohammed and Bin Laden’s secretary El Hage about the Kenyan and Tanzanian embassy bombings, a full six months before the embassy bombings. Yet the FBI, CIA, the NSC and Clinton intentionally did not try to stop the embassy bombings.



This week, less than three months after he had Ali Mohammed released, GW Bush cited the Kenyan and Tanzanian embassy bombings (staged and provoked by Ali Mohammed) as one of Bush’s pretexts for a global war on terror. But Bush’s war on terror is designed not to succeed because it intentionally avoids doing anything about the role of the HW and GW Bush ally, Communist China, as the leading backer of terrorism in the world. Communist China is a great benefactor for Bin Laden and AlQaeda along with Syria and Iran.



With the GW Bush DOJ putting Ali Mohammed and Melvin Lattimore back on the streets and with GW Bush suddenly sending DOJ’s John Richter back to OKC on September 6, 2005, there may once again be another terror attack mission created for AlQaeda and used as a pretext to establish even more police state controls.

With the GW Bush DOJ putting Ali Mohammed and Melvin Lattimore back on the streets and with GW Bush suddenly sending DOJ’s John Richter back to OKC on September 6, 2005, there may once again be another terror attack mission created for AlQaeda and used as a pretext to establish even more police state controls.

KTOK radio news in OKC is reporting that a high level DOJ official, John C. Richter, has suddenly been made the “acting” (temporary) US Attorney for all of the Western District of Oklahoma as of September 6, 2005. KTOK cited a White House biography of Richter calling Richter a Chief of Staff of the DOJ. See Acting US Attorney Part Two in OKC

Richter is the second person to be named “acting” US Attorney for the OK Western District in less than a week after succeeding Robert Troester who had just been named the '”acting” US Attorney on September 1, 2005.

Richter also has been “acting” Assistant Attorney General of the Criminal division for DOJ associated directly with Homeland Security Director Michael Chertoff and AGs John Ashcroft and Alberto Gonzales. Richter used almost 500 DOJ prosecutors in counter-terrorism, counter- intelligence and other national security cases. Michael Chertoff was head of DOJ Criminal Division in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks.

While Richter worked at the Office of Intelligence Policy and Review in DOJ he prepared and presented applications to courts to authorize electronic surveillance and physical searches relating to international terrorism and foreign counterintelligence investigations which likely included rendition flights by the CIA and interrogation techniques at Abu Graib in Iraq and at Gitmo.

Richter is a strong advocate of the Patriot Act that his protégé at the DOJ criminal division, Michael Chertoff, drafted even before 9/11. Richter wrote a letter to the Daily Oklahoman newspaper stating:

"From first hand experience as a federal prosecutor, I can tell you that we need these laws. They've made our country safer while preserving the civil liberties that Americans hold so dear."


One should seriously question why such a high level, high powered and highly experienced DOJ counter terrorism and counter intelligence official like John C. Richter would suddenly be dispatched to far away Oklahoma as a lower level, interim or temporary “acting” official. It is highly unlikely Richter would be assigned the much lower titled position as “acting” US Attorney for Western Oklahoma because of a demotion or because he wanted to be near family. It is also unlikely that the DOJ has sent Richter to now genuinely investigate persistent reports of the involvement of OKC based Middle Eastern terrorists in the OKC bombing (and even in the 9/11 attacks) made by investigators and reporters and known to the DOJ and FBI for over ten years.

There is strong suspicion that Richter was suddenly sent to Oklahoma on a specific mission to oversee Homeland Security, FBI and CIA operations involving another possibly imminent terror attack either in Oklahoma or somewhere else in America but originating from Oklahoma ties. Yet there currently is no heightened Homeland Security alert to the American people.

But what is indeed very alarming and paramount to learn and know is that Richter has been involved in similar missions before where the American people were intentionally not forewarned about provocateur and informant operations run by the FBI and CIA that led directly to and were a part of the 1993 WTC and OKC bombings as well as the 9/11 attacks.


John C.Richter prosecuted FBI provocateur and informant Melvin Lattimore in OKC in October and November 2001 shortly after the 9/11 attacks for a firearms charge relating to Lattimore ‘s prior conviction of a felony. Richter’s prosecution was an intentional effort by Richter, Michael Chertoff, the White House and the DOJ and the FBI to put Lattimore out of the public limelight to keep the public from learning the details of Lattimore’s direct roles as an FBI informant and provocateur in the 1993 WTC and OKC bombings and the 9/11 attacks. Richter, the DOJ and the White House knew of but did not prosecute Lattimore for Lattimore’s much more grievous and serious roles and instead prosecuted Lattimore for a relatively minor firearms charge. Lattimore was out of jail in 14 months and has been walking American streets for several years now.

Here is some of what is known about Melvin Lattimore that Richter, the FBI, CIA, DOJ, Chertoff, Ashcroft, GW Bush, Alberto Gonzales. Porter Goss, Negropotne, etc have known for years:

Lattimore is a Black Muslim originally from St Louis, Missouri. He was convicted in the late 1970s for stockpiling weapons and explosives at a St Louis mosque. His Muslim name is Mujahid Abdul-qaddir Menepta. He has been identified as Al Fatah’s North American recruiter associated with the PLO and Hamas in OKC. He was living in OK at the time of the OKC bombing and was associated with OKC and Norman, OK mosques.


Lattimore’s credit card was used to buy the bombing making materials for the 1993 WTC bombing. Richter’s proteges’, US Attorneys Michael Chertoff and Patrick Fitzgerald, knew about, approved, covered up and lied to Congress and the courts about their role with the FBI in paying Emad Salem to recruit 7 men to bomb the WTC in 1993 using materials bought with Lattimore’s credit card.

Three of the men that worked with Lattimore and Salem were Anis and Asad Siddiqy, Mr Yassin (sent back to Iraq by US Attorneys!) and Mohammed Chafti and they were trained in explosives by FBI and CIA provocateur and informant Ali Mohammed who was released a month ago by the DOJ after being convicted in 1998 of the Tanzania and Kenyan bombing and for helping Bin Laden and AlQaeda.

Lattimore was an FBI provocateur and informant who, along with the Siddiqys and Chafti helped and encourage McVeigh in OKC carry out the OKC bombing. Lattimore’s 1993 WTC bombing associates, the Siddiqys and Chafti, were with McVeigh in OKC moments before the OKC bombing. The witness to this, Debbie Burdick, was threatened to not talk to the press or to defense attorneys by FBI agent Odom out of Denver during and after the OKC bombing trials while Odom and FBI agent Floyd Zimms were working for DOJ prosecutors in Denver. FBI and CIA agent Floyd Zimms (wife was an HW Bush Republican delegate) arranged for the release of the Siddiqys and Chafti after they were arrested on the day of the OKC bombing. The FBI’s former OKC bombing Inspector, Danny Defenbaugh, hid the FBI 302 reports of the arrests of the Siddiqy’s and Chafti until the reports were identified in his Dallas FBI office (FBI SAC Dallas) in January 2001.

Lattimore worked closely with Iraqi provocateurs brought back to the US after the first Gulf war by HW Bush and he CIA including Iraqi provocateur, Al Hussain Hussaini. Hussini had been employed by Dr. Samir Khalil, a Hamas and PLO operative whose PLO and Hamas employees and friends closely associated with Lattimore in OKC. Khalil and Hussaini, like Lattimore have never been questioned or prosecuted for their roles in the OKC bombing. A former assistant US attorney in OKC, Ted Richardson, had convened a federal grand jury to investigate Dr Khalil in early 1995 only to have Reno abruptly quash the grand jury shortly after the OKC bombing. Ted Richardson was found dead with a shotgun wound to his chest not far from Khalil’s home in OKC during the McVeigh federal trial.


Lattimore was with McVeigh’s car and two other FBI provocateurs, James Rosencrans and Sean Kenny, at the OKC Travelers Aid adjacent to the bombed Murrah federal building one day before the OKC bombing. 6 FBI agents spent 9 months browbeating 4 witnesses at eh Travelers Aid trying to make them change their story about seeing Lattimore at the Travelers Aid. No FBI sketches of Lattimore were ever done with the witnesses even though the FBI sketch artist Jean Boylin was available in OKC at the time. No FBI 302 interview notes with the witnesses were ever made available in the federal or OK state OKC bombing trials. Fox News bureau chief, Russ Cosby told me in 2004 that Fox News had determined that Lattimore had accompanied McVeigh at several other locations in OKC around the time of the OKC bombing.


In June through August 2001 AG Ashcroft (and DOJ IG Glen Fine) were informed of the Travelers Aid story in writing and in person by retired Air Force General Benton K. Partin. Yet intentionally nothing was done by Ashcroft or Fine about Lattimore.

One of the Travelers Aid witnesses, it director Gloria Smith, told Fox News reporters working for Russ Cosby during a taped interview that had Ashcroft and IG Fine had acted appropriately on the information it turns out that 9/11 should not have been allowed to happen, that is unless, it was intentionally allowed it to happen:

Lattimore was the roommate of the 20th 9/11 hijacker Zacarias Moussaoui while he attended the Airman flight school in Norman Oklahoma in 2000 and 2001.Lattimore was also briefly roomed with 9/11 hijackers Al Hazmi and AlShehhi in Norman. The FBI was closely monitoring all of this in Norman at the time according to FBI documents obtained by reporter Greg Gordon.

Lattimore traveled to Minnesota in August 2001 to bail Moussaoui’s other roommate, AlAttas out of jail, at a time when Minneapolis FBI agents were holding Moussaoui and Al Attas and were being denied permission to search Moussaoui’s computer by senior FBI counter terrorism officials known to and close to Bush, Chertoff and John C. Richter.

Richter knows that the FBI has been monitoring (with wiretaps and using provocateurs) in OKC and Norman, Hamas and Iraqi cells since at least 1991 that have been associated with the 1993 WTC and OKC bombing and the 9/11 attacks. Terrorism expert Steve Emerson filmed for his documentary, “Jihad in America”, an Islamic extremist conference in OKC in Dec 1991. The documentary (which has been shown to Congress several times) reveals that during the 1991 OKC conference, WTC attacks were openly discussed and planned by OKC Hamas terrorists being closely monitored by OKC FBI agents including FBI agent Floyd ZImms.

Yet the FBI and DOJ, Richter, Ashcroft and Chertoff and now Gonzales, intentionally have not opened criminal cases to seriously try to get these known cells and known operatives off the streets even to this day. FBI agent Robert Wright told the public in his press conference a few years back that Wright was blocked by senior FBI and DOJ officials from taking off the streets known Hamas and AlQaeda terrorists associated with OKC and the 9/11 attacks, including Michael Chertoff’s protected associate, Yassin Qadi, the Bin Laden financier of Ptech, involved in 9/11. FBI Director fired Wright a few months ago just before Richter, AG Gonzales , the DOJ and the GW Bush White House decided to let Lattimore’s other associate, Ali Mohammed go free just as they had let Lattimore go unpunished for terror attacks.

If Richter is suddenly now once again in OK to seriously combat terrorism, will he and Homeland Security adequately forewarn Oklahomans and Americans of a pending terror attack, even though Richter intentionally did not fully prosecute Lattimore and even though Richter’s colleagues like, Chertoff, intentionally did not warn of but instead provoked the 1993 and OKC bombing and the 9/11 attacks? Now that Lattimore and Ali Mohammed are free, walking America’s streets, will Richter and the FBI and the DOJ use Lattimore and Ali Mohammed once again as provocateurs for another terror attack in OK or somewhere else in America? If they do, will they once again falsely claim they did not have enough details to have warned the public, to have preempted or to have stopped the attack. In that event, will they once again ask for police state powers above and beyond what Richter and Chertoff originally wrote and asked for under the extended Patriot Act?

John C. Richter’s sudden appearance in OK is extremely and ominously reminiscent of another sudden appearance of a top CIA official in Norman OK just before the 9/11 attacks. CIA agent David Edger came to the University of Oklahoma (OU) from Germany as a visiting professor in August 2001 after Edger had been monitoring the Hamburg cell of 9/11 hijackers Mohammed Atta, Alshehhi and Ziad Jarrah for over three years. After Edger’s arrival, a plane ticket was purchased for Jarrah at OU’s library. Also in August 1995 Moussaoui , Al Attas and the FBI’s boy, Melvin Lattimore traveled from OU to Minnesota. Edger, like Richter, Ashcroft and Chertoff, knew that Atta had been seen several places in Norman and in OKC with Lattimore in July 2001.

Given the FBI, DOJ’s and Richter’s previous corrupt track record in OK with Lattimore, the mere sudden presence of Richter once again in OK is an ominous foreboding of either a real terrorist attack or another attempt by police state advocates to be in place in time to once again take advantage of another terror attack that they may allow to happen by corrupt and incompetent policy.

Federal officials that intentionally provoke or allow another terrorist attack with attendant deaths would be accessories to murder certainly before the fact and, if they lie and perjure, also after the fact. US PROVOCATEUR FOR AL-QAEDA FREED FOR NEW TERROR MISSION?

The GW Bush DOJ arranged for the early release of convicted FBI and CIA provocateur Ali Mohammed in July 2005. When released Ali had not served a full sentence commensurate with his convictions for the 1993 WTC and Kenyan and Tanzanian bombing attacks during the Clinton Presidency. AG Gonzales and John C. Richter were instrumental in the release of Ali Mohammed. John C. Richter was a former assistant attorney general for the GW Bush DOJ criminal division who had served in the DOJ criminal division with current Homeland Security Director Michael Chertoff.

John Richter was also instrumental in protecting Melvin Lattimore, another FBI provocateur involved with Ali Mohammed in the 1993 WTC and 1995 OKC bombings. Richter was brought to OKC in October 2001 by the DOJ to prosecute Lattimore for a firearms violation. But at the time of Lattimore’s conviction the FBI and DOJ as well as Richter and AG Ashcroft knew that Lattimore had been used as an FBI provocateur together with Ali Mohammed in the 1993 WTC and the 1995 OKC bombing. They also knew that Lattimore was the roommate of 9/11 hijackers Moussaoui, AlShehhi and AlHazmi and had been with Mohammed Atta in Norman OK just before the 9/11 attacks. Richter’s 2001 prosecution of Lattimore was done to get Lattimore out of the limelight to avoid press and public scrutiny of FBI, CIA and DOJ corruption, murder and treason involving these attacks with Ali Mohammed and Melvin Lattimore.

Thanks to the GW Bush DOJ, AG Gonzales and John Richter, Ali Mohammed and Melvin Lattimore were not fully prosecuted, did not serve the full time required for their crimes and now are free once again to work together and roam the streets of America and OKC to monitor and perhaps provoke yet another terror attack in America.

Ali Mohammed worked for the FBI, CIA and Army Special Forces and with Bin Laden and 9/11 mastermind Khalid Mohammed, all at the same time! After Ali’s conviction during Clinton’s Presidency, DOJ AG Janet Reno made a special deal with Ali Mohammed and only held him under house arrest and never with the prospect of Ali having to serve out his full sentence. Ali Mohammed has always enjoyed a protected status with the DOJ, first with Reno and now with Ashcroft, Gonzales, Chertoff, and Richter. Because of this DOJ protection and his roles with so many different government agencies it is highly likely that Ali Mohammed was and still is a tool of the National Security Council (NSC) under Clinton and perhaps even under GW Bush and HW Bush.

The following is a summary review what is known about Ali Mohammed’s protected role as a provocateur for USG officials in the attacks mentioned above:

Ali Mohammed was an Egyptian military officer who worked for the CIA, US Special Forces and later for the FBI out of Sacramento, California all while Ali Mohammed moved Bin Laden between Sudan and Afghanistan when Cofer Black was in Sudan to monitor the operation. Cofer Black became the CIA director of the joint FBI/CIA counter terrorism center set up in 1996. During this time Ali Mohammed wrote Bin Laden’s terror training manuals. Former CIA official L.C. Johnson has publicly stated that the USG’s use of Ali Mohammed was a tremendous mistake. Johnson also confirmed that Ali Mohammed had written terror-training manuals for Bin Laden.

Ali Mohammed was at the Special Forces school in North Carolina where McVeigh attended the school briefly after the first Gulf war in 1991-1992. CIA pilot Dave Hollaway was also at US Special Forces in North Carolina and may have known Ali Mohammed. Hollaway brought German national and FBI provocateur Andreas Strassmeir to Elohim City in OKC where Hollaway and Strassmeir trained and encouraged McVeigh for the OKC bombing. Ali Mohammed met and knew AlQaeda terrorist Khalid Mohammed. Khalid, like Ali Mohammed, was in North Carolina and obtained a college degree in engineering while in North Carolina.

Ali Mohammed was a close friend and associate of Mr. Batouti, the copilot of Egyptian Air intentionally crashed his plane into the sea while on a suicide terror mission, killing all the high level and US trained Egyptian military officers onboard in December 1999. National TV news correspondent Andrea Mitchell (wife of Alan Greenspan) reported that Batouti crashed the plane as a protest for Ali Mohammed being held by US authorities after the Kenyan embassy bombing in 1998.

Ali Mohammed trained seven Middle Eastern men in bomb making skills for the 1993 WTC attacks with the knowledge and approval of the FBI, DOJ and US Attorneys including Michael Chertoff and Patrick Fitzgerald. Bomb maker Emad Salem had recruited the seven men. Salem was paid to do this by the FBI according to 1993 WTC trial documents. The seven men trained by Ali Mohammed were associated with a Brooklyn mosque infiltrated by the FBI and included Anis and Asad Siddiqy, Mohammed Chafti, and Mr.Yassin. The bomb making materials used by the Ali Mohammed trained men were purchased with FBI provocateur Melvin Lattimore’s credit card.

The Siddiqys and Chafti, like Lattimore, were seen by credible witnesses with McVeigh close to the scene of the OKC bombing. The FBI tried to threaten and suppress all of these witnesses even though the Siddiqys and Chafti were arrested and later released. Lattimore was seen with Mohammed Atta at an OKC motel in July 2001, the same OKC motel Lattimore had visited in 1995 with McVeigh and another CIA provocateur, the Iraqi, Al Hussain Hussaini.

Ali Mohammed was close to the mastermind of the 1993 WTC attacks, Khalid Mohammed, and the bomber recruits Ali had trained, the Siddiqys. So it should not come as a surprise to learn that a letter to the Siddiqys from Khalid Mohammed was found on Khalid’s and Ramzi Yousef’s shared computer in the Philippines in January and February 1995. Yousef was also convicted for the 1993 WTC bombing and was Khalid’s nephew. In fact, the plans for the 9/11 attacks on US skyscrapers using hijackers were found on the same computer. Ali Mohammed’s associate, Khalid Mohammed took these plans to Bin Laden and convinced Laden in 1996 to carry out the 9/11 attacks using the plans.

The FBI and CIA seized the same computer in early 1995 when they had learned of McVeigh’s and Nichols plans for the OKC bombing after Nichols had met with Yousef, Khalid Mohammed and 5 Iraqi explosives experts in the Philippines. It came as no surprise for the FBI or CIA that Ali Mohammed’s cohorts the Siddiqys, Chafti, Khalid Mohammed and Lattimore were in OKC for the OKC bombing.

Ali Mohammed escorted AlQaeda leader Dr, Ayman Zawahiri and Khalid Mohammed in the US and in OKC in March -April 1995, at the time of the OKC bombing. When arrested in 1998 Ali Mohammed was carrying training manuals on how to hide and set off explosives in public buildings like was done in the 1993 WTC, 1995 OKC and Kenyan and Tanzanian embassy attacks.

The FBI had used Ali Mohammed and El Hage to also monitor AlQaeda pilots training in the US for the 9/11 attacks in 1996 through September 11, 2001 with the help Dallas police officers and Dallas FBI agents under the control of Dallas FBI SAC, Danny Defenbaugh. El Hage was living in Dallas at the time until his arrest in 1998. The FBI 302 reports of the Siddiqy’s and Chafti’s arrests and release in OKC and in Dallas on the day of the OKC bombing were hidden in Defenbaugh’s Dallas office until January 2001. Defenbaugh had been the FBI’s inspector for the FBI OKC bomb task force. Defenbaugh was fully aware that OKC’s FBI and CIA agent, Floyd Zimms, had arranged for the release of the Siddiqys and Chafti after arrest by local authorities, even though the FBI knew that they had been seen with McVeigh moments before the OKC bombing and were known to have been involved in the FBI orchestrated 1993 WTC bombing. OKC witness Debbie Burdick was repeatedly threatened by FBI agent Odom about her seeing McVeigh with the Siddiqys and Chafti in OKC.


The Brooklyn mosque attended by Ali Mohammed’s 1993 WTC bombing trainees was the same mosque visited by and associated with 9/11 hijacker Mohammed Atta at the time Atta was being tracked by Able Danger and the Pentagon as well as the FBI and CIA in the US in 1999-2001.
The 9/11 Commission staff director Philip Zelikov and current NSC director, Steven Hadley, both former NSC deputies for Condi Rice, intentionally lied about and hid the facts of what the Clinton and GW Bush NSC and Pentagon knew about the roles of Atta, Lattimore and Ali Mohammed. They intentionally kept these facts out of the 9/11 Commission and 9/11 Congressional reports. PA Congressman Curt Weldon and Able Danger military officers provided part of this information to Hadley and the 9/11 Commission staff but the commission staff deliberately withheld it for GW Bush and Rice. Similar information about the roles of these FBI and CIA provocateurs associated with the 9/11 hijackers and the 9/11 plans was provided to the 9/11 Commission staff under Philip Zelikov via my report Counter Terrorism Antecedents for the 9/11 Attacks. My report was sent to and discussed with Speaker Hastert’s office and 9/11 Commission staffer John Roth.

The FBI and CIA and even the DOJ have publicly admitted that they were also tipped by Ali Mohammed and Bin Laden’s secretary El Hage about the Kenyan and Tanzanian embassy bombings, a full six months before the embassy bombings. Yet the FBI, CIA, the NSC and Clinton intentionally did not try to stop the embassy bombings.



This week, less than three months after he had Ali Mohammed released, GW Bush cited the Kenyan and Tanzanian embassy bombings (staged and provoked by Ali Mohammed) as one of Bush’s pretexts for a global war on terror. But Bush’s war on terror is designed not to succeed because it intentionally avoids doing anything about the role of the HW and GW Bush ally, Communist China, as the leading backer of terrorism in the world. Communist China is a great benefactor for Bin Laden and AlQaeda along with Syria and Iran.
