If there are other witnesses to this or people know the victim's name or what happened to him, they should come forward.

protest peacefully? I think that's what the bystanders were doing while he got beat down. Confrontation is the only thing that changes things. Just look at cincinatti. The only reason things are changing now is because people decided they weren't going to take unarmed people getting shot anymore by the police.
